Light Up a Life 2019
At Christmas time our thoughts often turn to those who are no longer with us to share the festive season. Through Light Up a Life, we join to remember and celebrate the lives and memories of our loved ones.
The Light Up a Life Ceremony will take place at St Mary’s Church, Andover on Sunday 8th December at 4:00pm and is open to everyone even if your loved one was not a patient at the Hospice. There will be music, readings and prayers with coffee and mince pies served afterwards. A candle will be lit during the ceremony and the Christmas Tree with a light for each person remembered will be switched on at the Hospice.
The Christmas Tree Lights will shine until Twelfth Night and all dedications received by Monday 2nd December will be recorded in our Book of Remembrance, which will be on view at the ceremony and then at the Hospice until Twelfth Night. Your Light Up a Life dedication certificate from our Book of Remembrance will be sent to you after Twelfth Night as acknowledgement of your support.
