This January I lost my dear friend to breast cancer and during her final months she received wonderful care at the Countess of Brecknock Hospice. Stacey was a wonderful friend and she was extremely brave and courageous. She wrote about her journey on a blog on Facebook ‘chemo with three’.
The Hospice team together with dedicated volunteers have one simple goal and that is to bring peace, comfort and dignity to every patient. They are available on hand 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week, 365 days.
The charity Countess of Brecknock Hospice Trust supports about a third of the annual running costs and with Covid-19 wiping out fundraising it is important that we continue to fund a worthy cause to continue the support to patients and families.
My plan is to run 100 miles within the month of August. I am a novice when it comes to running but I am up for the challenge, even if I have to walk/crawl.
All donations will go to support patients and families at the hospice.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Stace you’re my inspiration ❤️
