50 Miles Hospice to Surgeries Sponsored Cycle Ride
On Tuesday 19th September, Lorna Cousins, our Community Palliative Care Nurse, will be leading a team of Hospice staff on a 50 Mile Cycle Ride, visiting all nine GP Surgeries which we work with.

Accompanying her on the challenge will be other members of Hospice Staff – including Matron Sarah McGaughey – all hoping to complete the 50 mile route by 5pm!
The Mayor of Test Valley, Councillor Philip Lashbrook will be starting the Cyclists off from the Hospice at 7am.
We do hope you will pop along to your local surgery to cheer our riders on. Approximate arrival times are:

| 11.30 am | Gratton Surgery, Sutton Scotney |
| 1.15 pm | Two Rivers Medical Partnership, Whitchurch |
| 2.45 pm | Shepherds Spring Medical Centre, Andover |
| 3.30 pm | St. Mary’s Surgery, Andover |
| 4.00 pm | Adelaide Medical Centre, Andover |
| 4.30 pm | Charlton Hill Surgery, Andover |
| 4.50 pm | Andover Health Centre |
| 5.00 pm | Return To Hospice |
Back at the Hospice, other staff members will be cycling in relay on an exercise bike to see how many miles they can complete in the same amount of time! The exercise bike will be provided by SNAP FITNESS, Andover. Pop in and support them too!
