Huge thanks to everyone taking part in our 10@10 Virtual Walk

Please stay safe and observe all Covid-19 restrictions.

Walk on pavements or footpaths and, if you have to walk on the road, please remember to walk facing on-coming traffic.  If you are a lone walker, please tell someone where you are going and take a mobile phone with you.

We hope you will enjoy your challenge.

Please do send us your photographs, post them on our Facebook page or tag us @cobhospice.

Thank you from all of us at the Hospice.

We ask each walker to raise as much sponsorship as possible. Your entry fee ensures that all the sponsorship money you raise can go directly to caring for our patients and their families, friends and carers.  If, for any reason, you are unable to collect sponsorship, please make a minimum donation of £25 in addition to your entry fee to help provide care to those with life-limiting illness.

The easiest way is to collect sponsorship online by creating your own Just Giving page selecting CoBH and 10@10. You can email links to your friends, family and colleagues anywhere in the world and they can donate online by debit or credit card.  We automatically receives any donations made via your page and donors can gift aid their donation.

Countess of Brecknock Hospice Trust -Covid-19 Statement

Updated as of 5 January 2021:

The Hospice is closed to the public following the Covid-19 Lockdown announced on 4 January 2021.

Please do not ask to be admitted to the Hospice as we need to protect our patients and staff.  Please put letters or donations in the Red Post Box in the porch. It is emptied regularly.

Although our Inpatient Unit is operating as normal, Visitor Restrictions are in force.

Visits are restricted to close family only.  Number of visitors and duration of visits are also restricted.  Please speak to senior staff or call 01264 835288 to find out how this affects your family.

All visitors to the Hospice must wear the required PPE, which will be provided.  Please do not come to the hospice if you have symptoms, are self-isolating or been in contact with someone with symptoms.

Thank you for your support and patience over this difficult time, and for helping to protect our patients and staff.
