A stand space is 3m x 2m and costs £7.50. Space is limited and stall holders are advised to make early application. Stall holders need to provide their own tables. One chair per stand will be provided. Wi-fi is available but signal strength varies.

Entry for stallholders is from 8.30am on the Saturday morning and the venue must be vacated by 5pm. The Christmas Shopping Event will be open to the public from 10am to 4pm and stalls must be open for selling during this period. Tea and coffee will be provided for stall holders.
Unloading and loading only will be from the Hospice car park. Free parking is then available within the main hospital car parks. Please do not obstruct access for ambulances or other hospital vehicles.
No goods other than those stated on the application form may be displayed or sold without prior approval by the Hospice.
This is a fundraising event for the Hospice and no refunds will be given in respect of cancellations.
The Countess of Brecknock Hospice Trust accepts no responsibility for security of stands, equipment, stock, cash or any other property of stall holders who are urged to arrange their own insurance cover.
The Countess of Brecknock Hospice accepts no liability for loss or damage of any kind and howsoever arising suffered by stall holders.
