At The Countess of Brecknock Hospice, we provide expert care and support for local people facing life-limiting illnesses, and their families.

This takes place at the hospice in our Inpatient Unit and at our Living Well Day Centre, and in people’s homes through our Community Palliative Care team, our Hospice at Home service and our Home Care team. We also provide bereavement support. You can find out more about our services here.

All our specialised services are provided at no cost to those in need. Our ability to continue this vital work relies heavily on the generosity of our community through donations and fundraising efforts.

What an amazing place for a relative to spend their last days. The kindness and compassion shown by the staff is truly heart warming. They all went above and beyond to make mum comfortable and were so kind to us as a family we couldn’t have asked for more.
